clean roomsmall roomcramped lobby
the room looked modern and clean, its equipment was adequate.
I was very disappointed with the size of the room, it felt small and stuffy. my view consisted solely of the adjacent building's wall, that was not ideal. the lobby also felt quite cramped. With just a few other individuals present, it was necessary for me to wait in the hallway.

the location is good it is near the mrt station and the staff are helpful
the bathroom reminded me of an airplane toilet the door was plastic i found that weird the drain in the shower was slow it got very steamy i am not sure if there was an extractor fan

The check-in and check-out process was easy. i loved the lg styler. It freshened up clothes wonderfully (i used it every day!). the mini fridge in the room and the downstairs microwave were convenient.
the room was quite small. it was hard to open my suitcase. i wish there had been more space.

the hotel boasts excellent proximity to key subway lines. there are numerous restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so i found everything i needed just steps away. (this made mornings so easy!)

Lockers were super handy for stashing our bags before we even checked in. The check-in and check-out process was so easy, a total breeze! I loved that there was a daily cleaning service and fresh towels were provided, so good! The staff helped a lot to retrieve our luggage.
I think the room was a little smaller than I expected, but it worked out okay.

The location was Really good. It was close to multiple station lines. I appreciated the simple check-in and check-out process. Forwarding luggage to the hotel was also very convenient.
